  1. Meets all essential functions and qualifications for Welder I.
  2. Performs in and out of position welding.
  3. Performs hand fabricating.
  4. Participate in weld lab classroom training for IR/Trane and ASME/PED certifications as needed.
  5. Work involves considerable stooping, bending, and working on overhead assembles and on man lifts/platforms/risers/ladders.
  6. Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds.
  7. Receives work instructions from a member of management or a team lead.
  8. Must be able to follow standard work, complete production and maintenance records and other documentation related to operations.
  9. Must participate in basic problem solving, 5-S, and lean activities.
  10. Must demonstrate the ability to perform the above duties with no additional training required.
  11. Meet and maintain all safety requirements.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned. 


  1. Completion of formal welding program or equivalent on the job experience
  2. Demonstrated reliability
  3. Weld Process:   3FU, 3 GU, 4F, 4G
  4. Completion of formal welding program or equivalent on the job experience. 


  • Starting pay $25.42
  • 2nd shift premium $0.42/hour
  • Vacation – Upon completion of probationary period.
  • PTO/Sick Leave – After 6 months.
  • 401K Match
  • Medical after probationary period
